After graduating from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Accounting, Jennifer began her energy career in the Crude Oil Accounting department of Pennzoil Producing Company.  Jennifer spent the first 8 years of her energy career with Pennzoil performing various roles in accounting for crude oil, natural gas, and joint ventures.

Letha Russell, Partner
Educated in Consumer Science and Business at Southwest Texas State University, Letha Russell has spent 15 years in various sectors of the energy industry.  Letha first worked in the exploration and production sector for Great Western Resources where her primary responsibilities encompassed nominating to the pipelines and trading producer owned gas.
